ACT as primary framework

I am a Clinical Psychologist offering a supportive, attuned space for people navigating life challenges. I have a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing health conditions such as ME/CFS, Long Covid, and Fibromyalgia.

I bring lived experience in this area — which shapes an especially compassionate and informed approach to care. I aim to support clients with the challenges commonly associated with these conditions, including difficulty with pacing, patterns of overfunctioning and self-suppression, and shifts in identity.

I believe that true healing involves the mind, body, and soul. My work aims to move beyond treating symptoms in isolation — supporting your deeper growth, self-actualisation, and connection with who you are.

My practice is trauma-informed and neuroaffirming. I offer in-person sessions in Brisbane, QLD, and telehealth for clients across Australia.

Therapies I
draw from

I don't follow a single rigid model. Instead I weave together several evidence-based approaches depending on what will best support you — always trauma-informed and neuroaffirming.
